Habitat’s concept of providing an affordable home with a no-interest/no-profit mortgage allows families to use their money to cover their basic necessities. Studies demonstrate that decent and healthy homes improve the health, self-esteem and educational achievement of the children who live in the household at the same time that it strengthens the community ties.

Land/House Donation
In Puerto Rico land is scarce. Habitat is able to construct much of its homes because of donations of land and or houses. If you wish to do so please contact us.
